RENP Journal maintains a transparent and affordable APC policy to support researchers from diverse academic and geographic backgrounds.

To encourage early participation and support the journal’s initial publication phase, a promotional APC rate is offered for all manuscripts published in Volume 1. Beginning from Volume 2 onward, the standard APC will apply.

The Article Processing Charge supports the various processes involved in preparing a manuscript for publication and ensuring it meets international academic publishing standards. These services include:

• Editorial management and manuscript screening
• Coordination and administration of the peer-review process
• Communication between authors, editors, and reviewers
• Copyediting, proofreading, and formatting of accepted manuscripts
• Online publication and hosting of the article
• Digital Object Identifier (DOI) registration and assignment
• Preparation for academic indexing and database inclusion
• Long-term digital preservation and archiving
• Maintenance of the journal’s online publishing infrastructure

These processes ensure that each article published in RENP Journal undergoes thorough academic evaluation and professional production before becoming part of the permanent scholarly record.

After a manuscript successfully completes the peer-review process and receives formal acceptance, the corresponding author will receive an official acceptance notification from the editorial office along with APC payment instructions.

To maintain an efficient publication schedule, the following conditions apply:

• The APC must be paid within two (2) days after acceptance to secure placement in the upcoming issue.
• Payment confirmation is required before the manuscript proceeds to final production and publication.
• Failure to complete payment within the stipulated timeframe may result in:
  • Publication delays, or
  • Removal from the scheduled issue.

Authors are encouraged to complete the payment promptly to ensure that their accepted manuscript proceeds smoothly through the final stages of publication.

All articles accepted and published by RENP Journal are automatically assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) at no additional cost to the authors.

A DOI provides a permanent and unique digital identifier for each published article and offers several benefits:

• Ensures a stable and permanent link to the article
• Enhances citation accuracy and tracking
• Improves the discoverability of research in academic databases
• Facilitates integration with global indexing platforms
• Strengthens the long-term accessibility and credibility of the published work

By including DOI registration within the APC, RENP Journal ensures that all published articles meet international scholarly publishing standards.

RENP Journal recognizes that financial constraints may affect some researchers, particularly those working in resource-limited environments or early stages of their academic careers.

To support inclusive scholarly participation, the journal may grant partial APC waivers or discounts under certain circumstances.

Waivers or discounts may be considered for:

• Authors from low-income or developing countries
• Early-career researchers without institutional funding
• Authors facing exceptional financial hardship

All waiver requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the editorial office.

Authors requesting APC waivers or discounts are advised to submit their request at the time of manuscript submission, as requests made after acceptance may not always be accommodated.

The APC supports editorial and production services that begin once a manuscript has been accepted and scheduled for publication. For this reason, the following refund policy applies:

• APC payments are non-refundable once an article has been published online.
• Manuscripts withdrawn before publication may be eligible for partial refunds, depending on the stage of editorial and production processing.
• Approved refunds may be subject to administrative processing fees.

This policy ensures fairness and transparency while maintaining the resources required to support the journal’s publishing activities.

Authors are strongly advised not to make any payments until they receive an official manuscript acceptance letter from the RENP Journal editorial office.

RENP Journal does not request APC payments during manuscript submission, and any payment made prior to official acceptance will not be processed as a valid publication fee.

All payment instructions will be provided only after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication.
